About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Anaplan Model Builder to manage, enhance, and optimize Anaplan models across planning, S&OP, financial, and supply chain functions.

The role requires strong model-building expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Anaplan Model Ownership :

- Manage, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models across planning, S&OP, financial, and supply chain functions.

- Build and configure Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, and UX pages.

- Design scalable, high-performing, and maintainable model structures.

- Ensure model performance, optimization, governance, and adherence to Anaplan best practices.

- Support user access management, model documentation, and knowledge continuity.

Change Implementation & Continuous Enhancement :

- Independently implement business-driven enhancements and configuration changes.

- Translate business requirements into effective Anaplan model designs and functional solutions.

- Maintain and prioritize the enhancement backlog.

- Drive minor enhancements, optimization, and automation initiatives.

Operational Stability & Monitoring :

- Proactively identify and resolve model issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.

- Ensure high availability, stability, and continuity of the Anaplan ecosystem.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Functional Alignment :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial functions.

- Work closely with cross-functional technical teams, including data platform, integration, and team teams.

- Understand business requirements and align Anaplan solutions with functional objectives.

Governance, Ownership & Transition Support :

- Contribute to knowledge transfer (KT) and reverse knowledge transfer (RKT).

- Maintain technical and functional documentation.

- Support standardization of Anaplan processes and best practices.

- Ensure smooth transition and continuity of model ownership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 8 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Anaplan Model Building.

- Strong knowledge of Anaplan model design, modules, lists, dashboards, and UX.

- Experience with model optimization, performance tuning, and governance.

- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver Anaplan solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of planning, supply chain, S&OP, or financial processes.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
