Role : Senior Analyst - Network Engineering Services

Key Responsibilities :

- Network Design & Implementation : Design, configure, and implement complex network solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability and security.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Act as a final point of escalation for network-related issues, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve incidents promptly.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

- Security & Compliance : Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to provide technical guidance and support for network projects.

- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and administration.

- Expertise : Deep knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

- Certifications : Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

- Troubleshooting : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

- Security : Solid understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and VPN technologies.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
