Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Engineer with strong expertise in Workday integrations and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integration artifacts using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, PICOF, and other Workday integration technologies. This role involves collaborating with HRIS, payroll, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across Workday modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Design & Development :

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various technologies including :

- Workday Studio

- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

- Core Connector

- PI/PECI/Custom Reports

- Develop integration solutions to connect Workday HCM, Payroll, and external systems.

- Ensure integration designs meet business requirements, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Testing & Deployment :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Workday integrations.

- Validate data flows between Workday and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Deploy integration solutions to production following defined change management and release procedures.

Collaboration & Support :

- Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and functional teams to understand integration requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other integration developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Maintain technical documentation of integration designs, configurations, and deployment steps.

- Follow Workday and internal development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Recommend improvements in integration processes and tools to optimize efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.

- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, PICOF, and Custom Reports.

- Experience with Workday Payroll integrations is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of integration lifecycle, data mapping, and error handling.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience in complex enterprise Workday implementations.

- Knowledge of Workday security, HCM, and Payroll modules.

- Familiarity with API-based integrations and modern integration frameworks.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
