We are looking for a Senior Airtable Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced Airtable solutions that enhance business operations and productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Airtable base design, automations, scripting, and integrations, as well as a solid understanding of business process optimization and low-code solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Airtable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Airtable Development & Customisation :

- Design and develop Airtable bases, tables, relationships, and views aligned with business requirements.

- Build and maintain workflows using Airtable Automations, Formulas, Rollups, and Interfaces.

- Create optimized data models with linked records for efficient data management.

- Develop intuitive dashboards and interface views for business users.

Automation & Scripting :

- Develop and manage automations using Airtables native automation features and JavaScript scripting.

- Write, debug, and optimize custom scripts to implement advanced logic.

- Improve automation performance, reliability, and scalability.

Integration & API Development :

- Integrate Airtable with third-party tools, such as Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Jira.

- Use integration platforms like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Workato, or custom APIs.

- Handle data synchronization, error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations.

System Administration & Governance :

- Manage user access, permissions, and roles across multiple Airtable bases.

- Ensure data security, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Perform base optimization and ongoing maintenance for scalability and performance.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams on scalable solution design.

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Airtable development or low-code platform implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Airtable base design, automations, scripting, and interfaces.

- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modelling.

- Proficiency in JavaScript for Airtable scripting and API integrations.

- Experience with integration tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Workato.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with enterprise-scale Airtable deployment.

- Exposure to other low-code platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, or Smartsheet.

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in workflow design, automation testing, and performance tuning.
