We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI QA Engineer across Mumbai, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of advanced AI/ML-driven systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in validating AI models, testing ML pipelines, and driving automation within complex data workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, data workflows, model inference quality, and system reliability.

- Design and implement test strategies for LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and model integrations.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python and industry-standard tools.

- Conduct model evaluation, statistical tests, data profiling, and bias detection.

- Ensure AI security, compliance, and robust deployment standards.

- Work closely with ML engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Required Experience :

- 7 to 10 years in Software QA / Quality Engineering.

- 3+ years in AI/ML testing, model validation, and data quality checks.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, architectures, algorithms, and LLM frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with LLM models (OpenAI, BERT, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.

- Knowledge of data engineering, RDBMS, NoSQL, and Vector Databases.

- Experience with RAG pipelines, AI agent frameworks, authentication, and deployment.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, and automation tools.

- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, CI/CD, and ML pipeline validation.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have :

- Prior product development exposure.

- Hands-on work with AI security and compliance frameworks.
