Job Title : Senior AI Production Engineer

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 14+ Years

- Own the AI Scaling Program, driving GenAI and Agentic AI use cases from proof-of-concept (PoC) to production.

- Lead conversations with business leadership, AI/engineering, infosec, the Architecture Team, and the DC/Infrastructure Team to finalise the solution and approach.

- Configuring AI projects into modular and deployable assets.

- Build multi-agent systems using frameworks, Building project plans , aligning resources and leading the Jira user stories to accomplish the projects.

- Ensure all approvals related to the project go-live are taken into account. Dealing with and seeking approvals from stakeholders like Audit, compliance and regulatory before going live.

- Support postgo-live operations, incident triage, and continuous improvement.

- Deploy and manage cloud workloads, including deployments and pipelines.

- Design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI applications using Python (FastAPI), Java backend services, and React.js frontends.

- Design and Build event-driven, asynchronous microservices that support high concurrency and low latency.

- Develop LLM-powered systems including chatbots, voicebots, copilots, and agentic workflows.

- Building project plans, aligning resources and leading the Jira user stories to accomplish the projects.

- Ensure all approvals related to the project go-live are taken into account.

- Dealing with and seeking approvals from stakeholders like Audit, compliance and regulatory before going live.

- Support postgo-live operations, incident triage, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure observability through logging, metrics, tracing, health checks, and drift monitoring.

- Work closely with Infosec, Infrastructure, Data Ops, and Cloud Ops teams on BAU Operations.
