Experience : 8- 10 Years

What You'll Work On :

- Design and develop agent orchestration and reasoning systems

- Build multi-agent workflows and execution pipelines

- Develop RAG architectures, memory systems, embeddings, and vector search

- Integrate multiple LLM providers through a unified model layer

- Implement AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails

- Optimize inference performance, latency, and cost

- Contribute to AI Governance and AI Security initiatives

- Build reusable agent frameworks and prompt engineering solutions

Required Skills :

- Strong Python expertise

- LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen

- Agentic AI Platforms & Multi-Agent Systems

- RAG Architecture

- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector)

- LLMOps & Prompt Engineering

- AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Skills :

- Open-weight model fine-tuning

- AI Gateway implementation

- AI Governance & AI Security frameworks

- Open-source AI contributions
