Job Title : Senior AI/ML Engineer/Lead AI/ML Engineer

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning. This role involves end-to-end development of scalable ML modelsfrom data preparation and feature engineering to model deployment and optimization in production environments. The ideal candidate is skilled in building robust ML systems, collaborating with cross?functional teams, and ensuring high?performance machine learning solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Work with large, complex datasets to engineer high-quality features and prepare training data.
- Partner with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.
- Optimize ML models and systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment workflows.
- Integrate ML solutions into production systems using modern cloud and orchestration technologies.
- Ensure best practices in model development, documentation, testing, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with model serving, MLOps pipelines, and production deployment.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed data processing.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and distributed system principles.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
