Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aimed at optimizing procurement, cost insights, and collaboration within manufacturing supply chains.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Learning & Generative AI Development

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code

- Design, build, train, and deploy ML & Generative AI models for real-world business problems

- Work on LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into applications

Data Pipelines :

- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and deployment

- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and processing

Model Evaluation :

- Conduct model validation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Generative AI (Mandatory).

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)

Technical Skills :

- Programming : Python, R, C++

- ML Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

- Experience with Generative AI tools & frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of statistics, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
