We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer for an on-site, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role based in Bangalore. Experience Required :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on modern NLP techniques and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement advanced Prompt Engineering strategies to fine-tune and guide LLM behavior.

- Deep understanding of LLM architecture, capabilities, and control through hyperparameters like temperature and top_p.

- Build intelligent applications using agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, and Crew AI.

- Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for context-aware responses.

- Perform LLM evaluation and establish observability metrics to monitor and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate LLMs into production-level applications.

- Deploy and manage AI/ML models on any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Required Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in Python, including relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

- Solid understanding of LLMOps, observability tools, and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with best practices for prompt tuning, token usage, and model response control.
