Senior AI/ML Developer - Time Series Forecasting

Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented AI/ML Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and deploying intelligent systems, with proven expertise in causal inference, and time-series modeling.

This role involves leading a small team of engineers and researchers to build production-grade AI solutions, architecting scalable systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-ready features.

Candidates with a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for ownership are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain graph-based models and knowledge graphs to support infrastructure-scale intelligence.

- Develop scalable ML pipelines for anomaly detection, reliability automation, and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, and product teams to integrate AI features into production systems.

- Analyze model outputs, troubleshoot performance issues, and deliver detailed insights and recommendations.

- Continuously improve ML frameworks and workflows to accelerate delivery and enhance model quality.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on expertise in prediction models, causal inference, and time-series algorithms.

- Experience working with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph) and knowledge graph architectures.

- Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related ML libraries.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying ML solutions at scale.

- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
