Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models, with a strong focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into innovative AI-powered features. Your work will directly impact our users by enhancing their experience through intelligent automation, personalized recommendations, and advanced data-driven insights, ultimately driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced AI models and algorithms, particularly in the areas of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, to address complex business challenges.

- Build and deploy scalable and robust AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies to enhance product capabilities and improve user experience.

- Conduct thorough experimentation and evaluation of different AI approaches to identify the most effective solutions and optimize model performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Science to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of AI models.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models and pipelines to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

- Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical guidance to foster their growth and development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python, including experience with Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI concepts and techniques.

- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and other relevant Data Science libraries.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
