Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra India). We are seeking someone with 6-8 years of professional experience in designing, training, and deploying advanced AI/ML models across domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI.
Expertise in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow is essential, while experience in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and edge AI optimization will be a strong plus.
In this role, you will build and optimize intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR/VR smart glasses and immersive systems, while collaborating with hardware, design, and product teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences. Your work will directly shape the intelligence, scalability, and impact of our next-generation products.
Top 3 Daily Tasks :
- Architect and deploy production-ready AI/ML models across computer vision, NLP, and generative AI domains.
- Build intelligent pipelines to process large-scale multimodal data (sensor, visual, and textual), ensuring accuracy and efficiency on both cloud and edge devices.
- Collaborate with hardware, product, and design teams to seamlessly integrate AI into our smart glasses and AR/VR systems.
Full-Stack Awareness :
- While your primary focus will be AI, exposure to backend (Flask/FastAPI), cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and frontend integration (basic React/JS) will help you deliver end-to-end AI features.
Must Have :
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and applied ML.
- Strong experience with computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in MLOps practices - CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Edge AI deployment : compression, pruning, quantization, optimization for real-time applications.
- Ability to design data pipelines, run experiments, and evaluate performance metrics.
Nice to Have :
- Spatial or Scene Understanding : Detection, tracking, segmentation, recognition, and 3D scene analysis.
- Data Analytics : Handling large-scale sensor data (IoT, IMU, time-series), applying signal processing, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
- Advanced AI Technologies : Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and cutting-edge AI innovations.
