Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent, data-driven systems that deliver real-world impact.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, along with a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI Automation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and collaborating on projects that bridge AI with Web3 and Blockchain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for diverse business applications.

- Build and orchestrate AI agents capable of performing autonomous tasks and decision-making.

- Implement and optimize AI-driven systems, including Generative AI models, AI agents, and intelligent automation pipelines.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable products and services.

- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain AI chatbots, NLP models, and recommendation systems where applicable.

- Deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments using MLOps best practices.

- Research and prototype new AI technologies, staying ahead of the curve in LLMs, multimodal AI, and reinforcement learning.

- Collaborate with blockchain and Web3 teams to explore AI x Web3 integration opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 4+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.

- Knowledge of data pipelines, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex).

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model optimization techniques.

- Experience integrating AI models with APIs, microservices, or production systems.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
