Senior AI Engineer - NLP/Computer Vision

Role : Senior AI Engineer (On-site - Hyderabad, India).

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end ML models and pipelines for production useprototyping to deployment and monitoring.

- Develop scalable training and inference solutions using PyTorch/TensorFlow for NLP and/or Computer Vision workloads.

- Build and maintain model-serving APIs, CI/CD for ML, and observability (metrics, logging, drift detection) to ensure reliability at scale.

- Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and SREs to integrate models into microservices and data platforms.

- Perform rigorous model validation, A/B testing, and performance tuning to meet latency and throughput SLAs.

- Define and evangelism best practices for code quality, reproducibility, experiment tracking, and model governance.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Python.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record (~13 years) delivering ML/AI solutions in production environments.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Hands-on experience with model deployment, monitoring, and scaling for low-latency services.
