Senior AI Engineer - NLP/Computer Vision

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Algorithm Development :

- Design and implement machine learning algorithms to improve user engagement and retention.

- Utilize predictive modelling to enhance a hyper-personalized experience for users via recommendations.

- Enable optimization, automation, and machine intelligence in various business decision-making across marketing, business planning, and so on.

Data and Model Analysis :

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive product enhancements and business decisions.

- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the standard modelling pipeline, including data and model drift monitoring and course correction.

- Ensure quality assurance of the models in the productions through in-depth analysis of the models and their outcomes in the context.

Product Integration :

- Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.

- Ensure seamless user experiences through AI-driven features.

Technology Evaluation :

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with other AI teams to exchange and leverage best practices, frameworks, and algorithms.

Requirements :

- Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of industry experience with proven experience.

- Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI developments and strong ability and conviction to strategically plan and connect modern technologies into the business context.

- Expertise in predictive modelling, recommender systems, statistical analysis, and/or modern AI networks such as NLP, computer vision, transformers, or Gen AI concepts.

- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
