We are looking for a visionary and passionate Mid-Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our organisation. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI solutions while simultaneously architecting our internal AI practice including hiring and training new/existing developers. You will serve as a technical mentor, elevating our current engineering teams AI literacy and helping them transition from traditional software development to AI-enhanced workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure & Implementation : Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models (LLMs, RAG systems, or predictive models) that solve core business problems.

- Practice Leadership : Establish best practices for AI development, including version control for models, prompt engineering standards, and ethical AI guidelines.

- Team Upskilling : Conduct workshops, code reviews, and pair-programming sessions to help our existing developers become proficient in AI integration.

- Strategy & Tooling : Evaluate and select the right stack (e.g., LangChain, Pinecone, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face) to ensure our AI efforts are cost-effective and scalable.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML implementation.

- Technical Breadth : Proficiency in Python, microservices and deep familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

- Generative AI Expertise : Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and API orchestration.

- Engineering Excellence : Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Communication : Exceptional ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in simple terms for non-AI engineers.

- Team Leader : Not only a developer but a team leader and a trainer who can help setting up AI practice into company.
