Job Title : Senior AI Engineer

Role Summary :

The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions for SBD. The role focuses on automating infra support processes, improving system reliability, reducing manual effort, and enabling proactive and self-healing infrastructure operations.

AI & Machine Learning Development :

- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models

- Develop LLM-based applications using models like GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.

- Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases

- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for automation and decision-making

- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization frameworks

Architecture & Engineering :

- Design end-to-end AI architectures (data, model, API, application)

- Build scalable inference pipelines and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar

- Integrate AI services with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)

- Optimize model latency, cost, and performance for production workloads

Data & Model Operations (MLOps / LLMOps) :

- Build training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines

- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, logging, and retraining

- Use CI/CD for AI models and pipelines

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists

- Provide architectural guidance for AI initiatives

- Work with business teams to convert use cases into AI solutions

- Contribute to AI best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks

Required Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong programming in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI

- Experience building RAG systems, embeddings, and vector search

- Knowledge of ML algorithms, NLP, deep learning, and transformers

- API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
