Hands-on senior AI role focused on designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems for fintech use cases. The role partners closely with PE leadership and product teams to architect production-grade wealth management solutions with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Design real-time and batch AI models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer analytics

- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment

- Optimize model accuracy, latency, and scalability against defined business KPIs

- Deploy production-grade AI systems with monitoring and version control

- Collaborate with data, backend, and product teams for seamless integration

- Evaluate models through A/B testing and continuous performance benchmarking

Skill : The Expertise Required :

Candidates from Fintech Product Development companies only.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, NITs, BITS, or globally recognized universities).

- 58 years hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in fintech or financial services

- Advanced proficiency in Python for production-grade ML development

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or XGBoost

- Applied experience in NLP, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, or graph ML

- Strong understanding of MLOps including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring

- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML workloads
