Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions that redefine how telecommunications services are delivered and managed. You will work within a cross-functional team of data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate complex business challenges into robust, production-grade AI systems.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting scalable LLM-based applications, optimizing agentic workflows, and ensuring that AI-driven insights are seamlessly integrated into the company's core digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy sophisticated Generative AI models and LLM-based pipelines to automate complex customer-facing and internal business processes.

- Develop autonomous agentic workflows using LangGraph to handle multi-step reasoning tasks, enhancing the reliability and performance of AI agents.

- Implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using LangChain to ensure accurate, context-aware responses across diverse data sources.

- Engineer multimodal AI solutions that process and interpret varied data inputs, including text, images, and structured logs, to provide holistic analytical insights.

- Optimize model performance and latency for production environments, ensuring that AI services meet the high-availability standards required for global telecommunications infrastructure.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing cloud-native architectures, maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and building production-ready AI services.

- Proven ability to design and orchestrate complex AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, with a focus on building resilient, agentic systems.

- Strong experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques to solve domain-specific problems within a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Proficiency in multimodal design, with the ability to integrate disparate data types into unified AI models that drive actionable business outcomes.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence product roadmaps.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Gurugram, and capable of mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, supported by 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in building and shipping AI products.
