We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Developer / Team Lead with 4 to 5 years of hands-on AI development experience in enterprise settings.

The ideal candidate will have led at least one full cycle of AI product development and possess up-to-date expertise in state-of-the-art AI frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end AI product development, from ideation and design through deployment and continuous improvement.

- Architect, develop, and integrate robust AI/ML models into enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous learning.

- Evaluate, select, and advocate for best-in-class AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes.

- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and proactively introduce relevant innovations into products and workflows.

- Ensure project milestone delivery, quality standards, and successful integration with ITSS and client infrastructures.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 4 to 5 years experience in enterprise-grade AI/ML development, preferably in the fintech or banking sector.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering at least one full cycle of an AI-powered product from ideation to production rollout.

- Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI product deployment.

- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, integration methodologies, and ML operations in enterprise systems.

- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in deploying AI in banking, digital payments, or core financial systems.

- Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, and/or advanced analytics.

- Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps or MLOps practices.
