Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Developer / Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven systems, and can take AI products from research to production at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications

- Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment

- Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

- Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability

- Develop and maintain APIs and services for model inference

- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and reliability

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and generative technologies

- Contribute to AI architecture, technical standards, and roadmap planning

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related roles

- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or JAX

Solid understanding of :

- Machine Learning algorithms

- Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision

- Experience with data processing and analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and SQL

- Hands-on experience with model deployment (REST APIs, microservices, or cloud-based inference)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services

- Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
