Senior AI Developer/Architect





Job Description :

As a Senior AI Developer/Architect in the AI team, you will work and mentor a team of developers, working on the Fusion AI engine and AI Talos alongside research in the space, such as large language models research.





Responsibilities :

Team Management & Mentoring :

- You will work alongside junior/mid-level developers in the space, managing their workload and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard according to the product roadmap.

Innovation & Research :

- Guiding research on the latest AI trends, especially large language models and simulation

- Software delivery to customers following standard security practices





Qualifications :

- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or equivalent

- Agile trained and practiced

Requirements :

- Experience of 8+ years in developing AI/Data Science solutions, with a senior level of involvement.

- Extensive knowledge of Python, including libraries such as Pydantic, Pytorch, Pyarrow, Scikit, Hugging Face, Pandas or equivalent.

- Extensive knowledge of AI models and usage such as Llama2, Mistral AI or equivalent.

- Extensive knowledge of training models for classification or equivalent or fine-tuning existing language models.

- Extensive knowledge of RAG architecture.

- Experience as a full-stack developer is advantageous.

- Extensive knowledge of GitHub, Jira and Docker.

- Experience with architecture and setup of GPU-based services.

- Work with teams across the business to ensure the creation of end-to-end highvalue use cases and communication with senior management around requirement deadlines etc.
