Note :

We need an Immediate joiner who can join with in a month or serving NP and if the left days a re more than 1 month they can also apply, but don't exceed 1 month or 1 and a half month.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior AI Data Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Data Engineering to design, build, and scale advanced AI-driven solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in production-grade ML and GenAI systems.

Desired Competencies :

Must-Have (Technical & Behavioral) :

- Must have 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical designs.

- Extensive knowledge of statistical and analytical analysis.

- Advanced Python skills and experience in production-grade Machine Learning.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Solid Data Engineering experience, including SQL and ETL pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience with MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.

- Strong understanding of model evaluation techniques and Responsible AI practices.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex, Vector Databases (FAISS, Milvus, pgvector), PyTorch / TensorFlow, Airflow / dbt, API development (FastAPI), ML observability, and privacy/PII controls.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to estimate work efforts and provide inputs to managers on resource planning and risk management.

- Proven capability to coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders, manage timelines, handle escalations, and provide on-time status updates.

Key Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role :

- Build and scale Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agent-based architectures.

- Productionize ML pipelines and deliver robust Python-based services.

- Partner closely with data teams, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
