Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement advanced agentic workflows with Copilot Studio and Azure AI tools

- Build and optimize autonomous, context-aware AI agents using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain

- Integrate with enterprise-grade Azure services such as AI Search, Functions, Cosmos DB, and Vector Databases

- Develop scalable connectors, reusable components, and automation flows for Copilot Studio / Power Platform

- Drive innovation in LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, adaptive dialogs, and memory management

Skills & Experience :

- Senior-level experience (5+ years overall, 2+ years in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents)

- Strong expertise in Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors

- Hands-on experience with the Azure AI stack (OpenAI, Search, Functions, Storage)

- Proven expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel

- Deep understanding of agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration

- Bonus : Knowledge of CrewAI, AutoGen, vector databases (Pinecone, Redis, Qdrant), or multi-agent collaboration frameworks
