Senior Acquia Widen Administrator - System Configuration

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, monitor, and optimize system workflows, metadata schemas, taxonomy, and user permissions.

- Develop governance standards for asset storage, access, and lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, IT, and product) to streamline asset distribution and usage.

- Integrate DAM with other enterprise platforms (CMS, PIM, CRM, project management, creative tools, etc.

- Support onboarding and training for new users and provide ongoing user support.

- Monitor system usage, generate reports, and provide insights on asset utilization and

adoption.

- Ensure compliance with brand, licensing, and security standards.

- Partner with Acquia support for troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Stay updated with DAM and Acquia Widen best practices, recommending improvements to

enhance efficiency.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Proven expertise in Acquia Widen DAM administration

- Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices

- System configuration, taxonomy, and metadata management

- Integration experience with enterprise platforms and APIs

- Familiarity with cloud-based storage and content delivery

Administrative & Soft Skills :

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage system upgrades, change requests, and enhancements

- Documentation and governance development

- Training and support delivery for diverse user groups

Education :

- DAM certification(s) or Acquia/Widen training credentials
