Position : Semarchy Lead.

Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office.

Duration : Full Time.

Shift timings : 5 : 30 pm 2 : 30 am IST.

Budget : Open to discuss.

Responsibilities :

- Ability to Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications, MDM workflow configuration Analyze, define and implement data quality rules.

- Translate business requirements into technical design.

- Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governance.

- Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support.

- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Mandatory Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Management and Data Validation.

- 2+ years of development experience in Semarchy xDM.

- 3+ years of experience in Data profiling/Data quality.

- Strong working knowledge in SQL.

- Experience working with business users in agile an environment.

- Hardworking, dedicated and motivating person capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive team environments and with integrative thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently but MUST be a proven team player.

- Worked in all phases of software development life cycle.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
