We are looking for a skilled Selenium Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium-based automation, a solid understanding of testing frameworks, and a passion for improving product quality through automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks for web applications

- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing

- Collaborate with QA, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and test scenarios

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines

- Analyze test results, identify failures, and report defects with clear documentation

- Maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable test code

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and automation strategy discussions

- Support manual testing when required and help improve overall QA processes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 36 years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver

- Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or PyTest

- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and automation best practices

- Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and version control systems

- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies

- Experience in automating web applications across different browsers

- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
