Role Purpose :

We are looking for a hands-on Automation & Integration Engineer who can design, build, and deliver enterprise automation solutions using the right combination of low-code platforms, software engineering, APIs, and integrations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing business processes with stakeholders while also writing code, building integrations, creating browser automation, and developing lightweight applications or microsites where required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Design scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, Python, APIs, or custom applications as appropriate.

- Develop custom automation components, services, and reusable libraries.

- Build REST API and web service integrations with enterprise applications.

- Develop browser automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks when APIs are unavailable.

- Design and develop lightweight internal web applications/microsites to support automation workflows.

- Work closely with business users, architects, and engineering teams to define automation strategy.

- Ensure automation solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing automations.

- Establish automation standards, reusable templates, and best practices.

- Lead pilot initiatives and enterprise automation programs.

Skills & Experience :

- 7-12 years of experience in automation engineering, application development, enterprise integration, or solution architecture.

- Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or PowerShell.

- Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, Cypress, or similar browser automation frameworks.

- Experience developing lightweight web applications or microsites.

- Good understanding of workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with SQL databases and Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is desirable.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
