About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Security Systems Engineer to join our team.

If you have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) and Access Control Systems (ACS), along with a strong understanding of networking, servers, and security hardware, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Security Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and commissioning a variety of security systems and devices.

You'll work with industry-leading platforms and technologies like Milestone, Genetec, Lenel Onguard, and more, to ensure our security solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, troubleshoot, and commission VMS platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, SSM, and Pelco VideoExpert.

- Handle ACS platforms like Lenel Onguard, Keri, Sipass, P2000, and Maxxess.

- Provide support for network and server integration, ensuring smooth functioning of security systems.

- Configure and manage security cameras from brands like Axis, Hanwha, Pelco, and Hikvision.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and help design tailored solutions.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to VMS and ACS platforms.

- Perform system updates and maintenance to ensure all systems run optimally.

- Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to maintain an organized record.

What We're Looking For :

- Educational Qualifications : BTech or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

- Experience : 3 to 8 years in configuring, troubleshooting, and commissioning VMS and ACS systems.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Milestone, Genetec, SSM, Pelco VideoExpert (VMS), and Lenel Onguard, Keri, Sipass, P2000, Maxxess (ACS).

- Strong understanding of network systems and server architecture.

- Familiarity with various security cameras such as Axis, Hanwha, Pelco, and Hikvision.

- Knowledge of different storage brands used in security setups.

Certifications : VMS and ACS software certifications are a plus.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

License : A valid UAE driving license is required
