SOC Sr. Manager Security Operations Center

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SOC Sr. Manager to lead a Security Operations Center (SOC) team and manage India operations for a growing Managed Security Services Practice. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.

- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Manage team staffing, scheduling, and performance for 24/7 coverage.

- Ensure adherence to service level objectives.

- Standardize delivery practices for consistency and quality.

- Provide technical and operational leadership in Managed Security Services.

- Ensure customer engagements align with business goals and exceed expectations.

- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support business growth.

- Offer strategic cybersecurity guidance to clients.

- Coordinate global security operations across time zones.

- Improve workflows through automation and process enhancements.

- Track and report performance metrics and KPIs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum 10 years in SOC or cybersecurity leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).

- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.

- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

- Experience with billable services and utilization tracking is a plus.
