Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will independently develop high-quality, error-free code, automate infrastructure processes, and provide robust network security solutions. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate closely with leads, and ensure timely delivery of critical components in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including vulnerability assessment and remediation with automation.

- Proficiency with networking protocols and products: OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, Layer 2, Layer 3.

- Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, and tools such as Ansible (AAP or

OLAM).

- Skilled in version control systems (Git) and automation playbook creation for patching, installation, and reporting.

- Experience managing Windows systems using PDQ or similar tools.

- Hands-on experience working with virtualized environments such as VMWare.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles related to network and system security.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems, lab resource monitoring, and status reporting.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP RS or JNCIP are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, debug, test, and document software components aligned with user stories and technical requirements.

- Participate in design discussions and provide input to application/feature/component designs.

- Implement and monitor configuration management processes and execute release activities.

- Optimize code efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

- Perform defect root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Estimate time, effort, and resources for assigned modules and assist in resource planning.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing regular feedback and supporting their growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress and challenges effectively.

- Adhere to engineering standards, coding guidelines, and project timelines.

- Maintain and contribute to documentation, knowledge repositories, and technical training.
