Job Title : Infra-Security Engineer.

Loc : Bengaluru.

Experience : 5+ years.

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners.

Mandatory Skills : Illumio Core (ASP),network security,Illumio Explorer, VENs, and policy writing (rulesets, labels, etc.

Key Responsibility :

- Perform application dependency mapping using Illumios tools and third-party data sources.

- Work with application and infrastructure teams to define and enforce segmentation policies.

- Monitor policy performance, analyse traffic patterns, and continuously optimize segmentation strategies.

- Manage and maintain Illumio PCE (Policy Compute Engine) infrastructure.

- Collaborate with network security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements and audit controls.

- Troubleshoot segmentation-related issues and provide operational support.

- Create documentation and train internal teams on Illumio usage and micro-segmentation best practices.

Candidate requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Illumio Core (ASP) in an enterprise environment.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and east-west traffic flows.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

- Proficiency in using Illumio Explorer, VENs, and policy writing (rulesets, labels, etc.

- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
