Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk PAM Engineer with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management, CyberArk components, and integration with enterprise systems.

This role involves shadow implementation of full-scale IAM/PAM solutions, onboarding connectivity devices, debugging complex issues, and ensuring secure access across infrastructure.

The candidate must be comfortable working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting 24/7 operations in shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

- IAM & PAM Implementation (Shadow & Hands-On)

- Support shadow implementation of large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

- Contribute to CyberArk PAM solution design, integration, and customization activities.

- Gather technical requirements and assist with design documentation for IAM/PAM technologies.

- Develop plugins and connectors; coordinate with CyberArk vendor and application teams.

- Onboard connectivity devices and platform accounts into CyberArk PAM.

- Create and manage Safes, Platforms, CPM policies, and related configurations.

- Perform health checks, system monitoring, and ensure CyberArk server availability.

- Support CyberArk components such as PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, Password Upload Utility.

Troubleshooting & Debugging :

- Advanced debugging of IAM/PAM issues, including coordination with technology vendors.

- Troubleshoot network devicerelated errors and connectivity issues.

- Perform log analysis, error trace review, and handle escalations.

Operational Excellence & Compliance :

- Support ITIL processesRITM, INC, CR, Problem tickets (ServiceNow).

- Ensure compliance with project delivery processes and contribute to reusable assets.

- Work in rotational shifts as per operational needs.

- Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge-base articles.

Infrastructure & Security Knowledge :

Understanding of :

- Firewalls & ports

- Windows and UNIX systems

- Network devices

- DNS, Active Directory, VPN, IPS, Proxy, PKI

- Strong customer liaison skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in implementing or shadowing CyberArk PAM projects.

- Hands-on experience across at least two PAM engagements covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Experience integrating CyberArk with Windows, UNIX, databases, and network devices.

- Strong experience in onboarding various platform accounts into CyberArk.

- Knowledge of PSM auto-IT scripts, CPM connectors, CyberArk DR, and DNA.

- Proficiency with IT/security technologies such as AD, DNS, Exchange, Firewalls, VPNs, etc.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- CyberArk Sentry certification preferred (Defender accepted for strong technical profiles).

- Familiarity with cloud or container-based security solutions is an added advantage.
