Job Summary :
The Security Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect our organization's information systems and assets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems.
Responsibilities :
Security Strategy and Planning :
- Create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
Architecture Design :
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.
Risk Management :
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and processes.
Security Operations :
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
Identity and Access Management :
- Ensure proper authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place.
Security Awareness and Training :
- Provide training to technical and non-technical staff on security best practices.
Compliance :
- Conduct regular audits to assess and maintain compliance.
Incident Response :
- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts in the event of a security incident.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
