Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design implementation and operation of a Global Security Operations Center SOC The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Japanese and English possess deep technical expertise and have a proven track record in design architect and build MDR for a global corporations with multicontinental businesses This role is pivotal in enhancing our security posture across international markets especially in Japan

Key Responsibilities

SOC Strategy Setup :

- Design and establish a scalable resilient Global SOC framework

- Define SOC architecture technology stack and operational processes

- Lead vendor selection and integration of SIEM SOAR threat intelligence and monitoring tools

- Hands-on expertise in leading technologies like Microsoft Sentinel Google SecOps Splunk or similar tools

Operations Management :

- 247 SOC operations including incident detection response and recovery

- Incident Response processes and procedures

Threat Intelligence Incident Response :

- Lead threat hunting vulnerability assessments and forensic investigations

- Collaborate with global teams to mitigate risks and respond to security incidents

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison for Japanese clients and partners

- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on threat landscape and SOC performance

Compliance Governance :

- Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity standards ISO 27001 NIST etc

- Support audits risk assessments and regulatory compliance efforts

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in SOC leadership

- Strong understanding of SIEM SOAR EDR IDSIPS and cloud security platforms

- Fluent in Japanese and English spoken and written

- Relevant certifications CISSP CISM CEH GCIA GCIH or equivalent

- Experience working with global teams and managing crossborder cybersecurity operations

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Japanese enterprise security environments and regulatory frameworks

- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment
