Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Security & IAM Validator to ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and security of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems. The role involves validating security controls, reviewing access policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate IAM solutions (user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and de-provisioning).

- Conduct security control testing and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX, etc.

- Review and validate access controls, roles, and entitlements across systems.

- Identify gaps, risks, and recommend remediation actions.

- Prepare validation documentation, audit reports, and evidence for compliance.

- Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and audit teams.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IAM validation, security audits, or compliance testing.

- Knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, etc.).

- Strong understanding of security frameworks & regulatory guidelines.
