About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead / Test Manager to drive the end-to-end testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across complex projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise in automation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire testing lifecycle including test strategy, planning, design, execution, automation, and reporting.

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent tools.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing to ensure comprehensive coverage and product reliability.

- Conduct requirement and impact analysis to ensure 100% test coverage and alignment with business objectives.

- Perform root cause analysis of defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement.

- Maintain high-quality test documentation, including test plans, traceability matrices, and test metrics.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product managers, and clients to

communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.

- Contribute to QA strategy and process optimization, including the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.

Skills & Expertise Required :

- Proven experience in both manual and automation testing within complex, large-scale applications.

- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI.

- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Azure DevOps).

- Solid understanding of SQL, database validation, and backend testing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for automated test integration.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative QA delivery models.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with proven client-facing experience.
