We are seeking a highly skilled SDM Architect to lead the design and planning of Subscriber Data Management (SDM) nodes including HSS/HLR, STP, MNP, DEA/DRA. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SDM architecture and demonstrate the ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the integrity and performance of SDM solutions across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture Development :

- Design and develop customer-specific SDM architecture solutions in areas such as HSS/HLR, STP, MNP, DEA/DRA.

- Ensure alignment with regional requirements and customer-specific needs.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Capture and analyze critical inputs from stakeholders.

- Translate business and technical requirements into effective architectural solutions.

Standards & Integrity :

- Apply architectural standards, processes, and principles to maintain solution integrity over time.

- Verify that solutions meet client requirements and performance expectations.

Technical Leadership :

- Act as a subject matter expert in SDM technologies and protocols.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and junior architects.

Continuous Improvement :

- Leverage internal and external best practices to enhance product and service quality.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within SDM architecture.

Business Integration :

- Utilize in-depth business knowledge to ensure architectural solutions support broader organizational goals.

- Understand how SDM components integrate with other network elements and business systems.

Advisory & Mentorship :

- Serve as a professional advisor to internal teams and taskforces.

- Share insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the architectural unit.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in SDM architecture, including hands-on work with HSS/HLR, STP, MNP, DEA/DRA.

- Strong understanding of telecom protocols (e.g., Diameter, SS7, SIP).
