About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager & Technical Architect with over 5 years of experience to join our team.

This dual-role position requires both technical expertise in Salesforce architecture and strong project management capabilities.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with client demos and ensuring successful delivery of projects post-onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales Support & Solutioning :

- Collaborate with the sales team to design and deliver impactful Salesforce demos tailored to client requirements.

- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to assess feasibility, propose solutions, and create high-level architecture.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

Project Management & Delivery :

- Take ownership of Salesforce projects post-onboarding, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, sales, clients, and delivery teams.

- Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and communication frameworks.

- Drive Agile/Waterfall methodologies depending on client/project needs.

Technical Leadership :

- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture including integrations, data models, and security frameworks.

- Oversee technical implementations to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to Salesforce guidelines.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.

- Proven experience in both project management and technical architect roles.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.

- Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).

- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Salesforce certifications such as :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

- Salesforce Certified Project Manager (or PMP equivalent).

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
