Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are hiring for our Fintech Product based client. In this role, you will be working with a team or teams of enthusiastic members supporting our critical technology systems and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long term value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from agile best practices and values.

- Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.

- Guide Agile teams to consistently delivery customer value.

- Work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, customer workflow, and to help identify the skills and teams needed to deliver value.

- Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams.

- Guide the team in release planning, defect management, root cause analysis and project timelines.

- Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Quarterly planning.

- Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.

- Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency.

Requirements :

- Experience leading teams in delivery using Agile practices as a Scrum Master.

- Experience in business analysis including requirement gathering, defect troubleshooting,

release planning and coordination.

- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
