Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master with strong product company background to drive our healthcare AI platform development and client onboarding initiatives. This pivotal role requires someone who understands the product development lifecycle from ideation to scale, combining agile project management with strategic stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced product environment.

Required Qualifications :

Product Company Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product companies, preferably B2B SaaS or platform products

- Proven track record in product-focused organizations where engineering, design, and product management collaborate closely

- Direct experience with product-led growth strategies and feature adoption metrics

- Background in companies with continuous deployment and rapid iteration cycles

- Experience managing projects across the entire product lifecycle - from MVP to scale

Specific Product Environment Experience :

- Worked in environments with monthly or quarterly product release cycles

- Experience with feature prioritization frameworks (RICE, Value vs. Effort, etc.)

- Managed projects involving user research, design sprints, and usability testing

- Experience with developer platforms, APIs, or technical products is highly valued

Healthcare Technology Experience :

- Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical terminology, and EHR/EMR integrations

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, SOC2, and FDA guidelines

Technical Competencies :

- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, ProductBoard, Aha!, Linear)

- Experience with microservices architecture and platform thinking

- Understanding of AI/ML product development and MLOps practices

Required Skills & Certifications :

- MBA from a premier institute.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required

- PMP or Product Management certification preferred

- Demonstrated ability to work with technical product teams and understand architectural decisions

- Experience with design thinking and lean startup methodologies

- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with SQL, product metrics, and KPIs
