Scrum Master Duties 60%

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, remove impediments, promote Agile practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Product Owner Duties 30%

- Manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of customer value.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting 10%

- Provide updates to leadership, align with business goals, and manage expectations across departments.

- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5+ years for a software development team helping them meet quality and timeline goals.

- Experience in creating KPIs, dashboards and metrics

- Knowledge of Scrum Management tools like Jira, VSTS, Confluence (Preferably VSTS)

- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques, techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown, Retrospective, Release, Changes)

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situation
