Description :

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master to help our teams follow Agile principles, remove obstacles, and deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog.

- Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum best practices.

- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and continuous-improvement culture.

- Track team progress and help improve productivity.

- Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep.

Requirements :

- Experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Good communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools.

- Knowledge of software development processes.

- Coaching and mentoring abilities.
