Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach with a strong background in software delivery and Agile transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master or Agile Coaching experience and a proven ability to guide teams, leadership, and stakeholders through Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices. This role requires expertise in driving Agile maturity, improving delivery processes, and enabling teams to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.

You will work closely with demand and delivery teams as they transition into Agile/DevOps environments, fostering collaboration, enhancing velocity, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile & Scrum Leadership :

- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, principles, and best practices.

- Coach delivery, business, and leadership teams on Agile adoption to foster cultural and operational transformation.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Maintain and ensure transparency of team progress via appropriate Agile tools and reporting mechanisms.

Agile Transformation & Coaching :

- Lead the Agile transformation journey by coaching teams on frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify.

- Support teams and stakeholders as they shift from traditional delivery models to Agile and DevOps structures.

- Mentor teams in improving flow, predictability, alignment, and collaboration.

- Assist in scaling Agile processes across programs and portfolios (SAFe Program and Portfolio levels).

Process Delivery & Improvement :

- Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement in team processes and workflows.

- Ensure proper usage of Agile artifacts such as Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, Burndown Charts, and Definition of Done.

- Promote Agile engineering practices to improve software quality and delivery speed.

- Ensure teams follow Agile governance standards and delivery metrics.

Stakeholder and Client Management :

- Act as the bridge between product management, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

- Strengthen client relationships through effective communication, timely reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

- Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress across cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Train and support Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and maintaining high-quality user stories.

- Guide teams in utilizing Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.) for tracking and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Strong technical foundation; Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Hands-on experience coaching and supporting Agile/DevOps transformation.

- Expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile methods : Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, LeSS, Spotify model.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills.

- Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, artifacts, roles, and practices.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- PMP Certification

- Azure Fundamentals Certification

- SAFe 5 SPC or RTE Certification

- Background in Telecom domain

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)

Contract Duration : As per client engagement

Work Mode : Hybrid / Based on client requirement
