We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong communication skills to help our teams work better and deliver high-quality results. You will guide the team, remove blockers, and make sure everyone follows Agile and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Scrum meetings like Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.

- Help the team understand and follow Scrum and Agile methods.

- Work with the Product Owner to keep the backlog clear and well-organized.

- Remove any obstacles that slow down the team.

- Encourage teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

- Keep track of team progress using tools like burn-down charts and sprint goals.

- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

- Help solve problems and manage conflicts within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

- Very good communication and teamwork skills.

- Good understanding of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

- Ability to coach and guide the team.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or similar (preferred).
