- Is accountable for meeting Sprint objectives along with scrum team

- Ensure meeting of sprint commitment

- Own and help resolve impediments of the team

- Help PO adopt Scrum Process properly and ensure PO availability

- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

- Manage all project-related activities in JIRA that meets Agile Project governance.

- Maintain and manage projects, boards, workflows, dashboards, permissions on JIRA.

- Knowledge of advanced JIRA filters and reporting for project and program level monitoring.

- Developing, managing, facilitating, and delivering training on Jira and related agile platforms to Agile teams and stakeholders to continuously advance workflow sophistication, efficiencies, and effectiveness.

- Familiarity with Confluence to document processes and create pages to support the Jira and agile workflows.

- Work with Product Managers and Technical Managers to enable Planning, Prioritization as well as Decision Making on high-value features and enhancements.

- Work with both Internal and External stakeholders actively to resolve impediments or address risk/ concerns raised by the Development teams.

- Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process

- Protect the team from external interference.

- Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team members

- Participate in Scrum of Scrum across teams and highlights impediments

- Provide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program Leader

- Facilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, restrospection) and ensure correct adoption

- Ensure updating of all Scrum artifacts

- Ensure ALM tool (either client or Wipro) is updated on a daily basis

- Update key Scrum metrics into Wipro internal tool on a Sprint-by-Sprint basis

- Analyse key Scrum metrics and take corrective actions

- Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team (by the start of the project). Review monthly and ensure improvement in competency score. Ensure multiskilling for at least 50% of the team.

- Help team attain stable velocity within 6-8 sprints (allowing for 10% variation either way)

- Train team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban)

- Help in adoption of engineering practices like ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, Refactoring

- Record and own the restrospection actions

- Participate in community of practice initiatives

- Provide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / QBR / MBR etc.)
