Your key responsibilities :

- Passionate Scrum Master with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Agile & Scrum

- Total work experience of 8 - 10 years

- Handling more than 2 Agile teams at a time with team size of 6-8 members each

- Organize and drive all Scrum ceremonies

- Enthusiastic about Agile and worked in more than one framework like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

- Excellent working knowledge of JIRA tool

- Good communication & co-ordination skills

- Must have worked in SDLC Projects

- Be Guide, coach and motivate the team(s) with the goal of increasing productivity

- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality and deliverables that support business goals

- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and project managers to assist teams, drive ownership and foster empowerment.

- Work with external and internal cross functional teams to remove the obstacles and support the team.

- Communicate with main stakeholders to provide visibility through regular updates

- Worked in large scale Agile transformations

Good to Have :

- Handled SAP Projects with 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Lead SAP deliveries by managing and coordinating for Requirement gathering, designing, development, testing, configuration and integration.

- Collaborate with multiple teams of SAP modules (FS-PQM, FS-PM, FS-CM, FS-CD, FS-ICM, FS-RI and FI) and Non-SAP applications.
