About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile delivery across complex software development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sprints and continuous improvement of agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Act as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and prioritized product backlog.

- Identify and remove impediments to team progress proactively.

- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.

- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency, ownership, and accountability.

- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.

- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align on dependencies and deliverables.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.

- Experience in facilitating Agile adoption and scaling within teams.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
