The Purpose of this Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Scrum Master - Agile Delivery who combines strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills with solid technical and project management background to lead an application teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the team as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile rituals and promoting best practices.

- Establish clear lines of communication with other teams and stakeholders.

- Support team performance by resolving roadblocks and mitigating risks.

- Collaborate with the team to manage ADO boards and maintain accurate documentation.

- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and gather relevant project metrics.

- Partner with the product manager to prioritize and refine the backlog effectively.

- Drive the migration from legacy applications towards the target state architecture.

- Empower the team to achieve objectives and deliver results through strong leadership.

Requirements:

- 12 -14 years of overall experience in software delivery or Agile environments.

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.

- SAFe Certificate / Scrum Master / PMP Certification.

- Project Management Experience.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks and methodologies.

- Technical background with hands on experience in backend and frontend application development or ETL/data engineering, along with a good understanding of data flows, data quality, and integration challenges.

- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and code review practices.

- Familiarity with testing processes and managing development workflows.

- Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.

- Team leadership skills complemented by strong organization and structure.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for the team.
